Branding Guidelines

Official brand standards for sponsors, partners, and media using the IDSPS 2026 identity in their communications and materials.

Logo Usage

The IDSPS 2026 logo comprises two elements: the circular technology emblem and the IDSPS wordmark with the tagline "Together, We Can". Both elements must always appear together and must never be separated or used independently.

  • Always use the officially provided logo files (PNG/SVG). Do not recreate, redraw, or digitally re-type the logo.
  • Maintain a clear space of at least 20px (digital) or 8mm (print) around the entire logo on all sides.
  • Use the primary colour logo (navy/orange/gold) on white or light neutral backgrounds.
  • Use the reverse (white) logo on dark, navy, or gradient backgrounds.
  • Do not stretch, skew, rotate, crop, or distort any part of the logo.
  • Do not alter the navy, orange, or gold brand colours, or apply drop shadows, outlines, or gradients to the wordmark.
  • Do not place the logo on busy photographic backgrounds without a solid colour backing panel.
  • Minimum digital size: 120px wide. Minimum print size: 30mm wide.
  • The circular emblem must remain at its original proportional size relative to the wordmark at all times.

Colour Palette

The IDSPS 2026 brand colours are derived directly from the official logo and conference flyers. Use these values consistently across all branded materials.

  • Brand Navy Blue: #0D2B5E — Primary wordmark colour (I, D, P, S letterforms), circle emblem background
  • Brand Orange: #F59500 — Accent letterform (the "S" in IDSPS), gradient highlight, CTA elements
  • Brand Gold / Amber: #C9A227 — Circular emblem border ring and decorative accents
  • Tagline Bar: #F59500 (orange fill) with #0D2B5E (navy) text — "TOGETHER, WE CAN" banner
  • White: #FFFFFF — Text on dark backgrounds, reverse logo wordmark
  • Dark Background: #050D1F — Primary page/flyer background
  • Secondary Dark: #0A1A3A — Card and surface background on dark layouts
  • Supporting Cyan Glow: #00BFFF — Used sparingly for tech/circuit UI highlight effects in digital assets

Typography

IDSPS 2026 branded communications use bold, modern typefaces that reflect the conference's technology focus.

  • Display / Headline Font: A bold condensed sans-serif (e.g., Montserrat ExtraBold or Barlow Condensed Bold) — Used for event name, section titles, and flyer headlines such as "SAVE THE DATE" and "International Flagship Conference".
  • Sub-heading Font: Exo 2 SemiBold or Montserrat SemiBold — Used for sub-titles, date lines, and call-outs.
  • Body / UI Font: Exo 2 Regular or Open Sans — Used for paragraphs, labels, and supporting descriptions.
  • Do not use decorative, script, or serif fonts in any IDSPS-branded materials.
  • Do not use other typefaces in sponsor-created co-branded materials without prior written approval from the IDSPS communications team.
