IEEE-IDSPS 2026 is an international conference focused on advancing the semiconductor ecosystem from design to packaging and systems integration. These Terms govern your use of the website, registration, participation, submissions, and associated services.

2. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed through the official website.
• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at their discretion.
• Registration fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official email to [email protected].
• Refund eligibility and percentage (if any) will depend on the cancellation date relative to the conference date.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• In case of event postponement, registrations will be carried forward to the revised date.

3. Conference Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to:

• Modify the conference schedule
• Change speakers or sessions
• Alter venue details
• Cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances

No liability shall arise from such changes.

4. Intellectual Property

• All conference materials, including presentations, papers, logos, branding, website content, and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of the organizers or respective authors.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publish conference materials without prior written permission.
• By submitting papers or presentations, authors grant the organizers the right to publish and promote their work for conference-related purposes.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees are expected to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct
• Comply with venue policies and safety regulations

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant violating this code without refund.

6. Photography & Media Consent

By attending IEEE-IDSPS 2026, participants grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, audio recordings, or video footage captured during the event for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes without compensation.

• Delegates may not commercially record or broadcast sessions without prior written permission from the organizers and relevant speakers.
• Speakers retain copyright to their presentations and slides unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The organizers shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings
• Travel or accommodation losses
• Technical disruptions beyond reasonable control
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances

Participants attend at their own risk.

8. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Use website content for unlawful purposes

The organizers may restrict or terminate access for any violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
