Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

All participants, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees are expected to:

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant violating this code without refund.

6. Photography & Media Consent

By attending IEEE-IDSPS 2026, participants grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, audio recordings, or video footage captured during the event for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes without compensation.

  • Delegates may not commercially record or broadcast sessions without prior written permission from the organizers and relevant speakers.
